About Beau Beavers
As a former Div I college decathlete I have a passion for working out and intrigue for biological mechanics. The main event I’ve competed in for the past 15 years is the pole vault which arguably has more mechanics than any other event. I received a B.A. in Physical Education and I’m ACE certified. I then went on to coach track and field for the past 5 in high school and clinics. I have experience in all types of fitness such as; body building, circuit training, power lifting, sprinting mechanics, etc… The style of training that I focus on is a hybrid of all of these tied into circuits. I want to pass on my understanding of mechanics and push you past your pain thresholds to achieve an athletic build with increased muscular endurance and cardio respiratory capacity.
Goal: To build my clientele up to a point I can run boot camps and bring that competitive atmosphere that team sports brings amongst my clients to achieve a better work out through competing with one another. As the business grows I want to move it to a studio and eventual a sports complex that will include boot camps, a pole vault club team, MMA class.
Beavers Pole Vaulting, A Better Way To Stick It! Started vaulting in high and got completely hooked. I eventually got picked up to do decathlon at CSU Long Beach then transferred my senior season to a Div II school to finish up and just vault. Since then I have been an assistant coach at Turlock High, Pitman High, Point Loma High, Mira Costa High and I was head coach at Temecula Valley High. I have also been the main speaker at various camps/clinics where I coached beginner to college level athletes.
