His training program is targeted towards the needs of each individual client, but will always burn massive amounts of fat and replace it with lean muscle. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and living a healthy life all together. I came to Beau tall and hella scrawny being 6’3″ tall, weighing 160 lbs, and about 18% body fat. After only 1 season of training with him, I am now 180 lbs of pure lean muscle and close to 4% body fat. I have been a high jumper for 3 years now, but this last year I have branched out into all 10 of the other events of the decathlon after being inspired by Beau who was a decathlete at Long Beach State himself. He is an amazing coach and can see the littlest problems in technique that can make huge differences in performance. After 1 year of practice, he has brought me up from nothing to almost a 7000 point high school decathlete, which anybody will tell you is a very rare and rapid progression. I went to CIF in 4 events and qualified for finals in 2. After only 6 months of training, I pole vaulted 14’9″, after only 2 practices in discus, I won the meet at 127’5.5″, and I hold the Mira Costa High School high jump record at 6’6.25″. The 2012 season was the first year I really applied myself in track and field at all thanks to Beau Beavers’ inspiration and motivation. I am now on a scholarship as a decathlete at UC San Diego and I owe it all to Beau for getting me to where I am today. Thanks Beavs!”


Beau, one of the finest trainers I have ever trained with. After training with him I have found a new person within myself in just a short period of 2.5 months. He makes the workout really interesting (for a person like who dislikes going to gyms). I find lots of difference in my physique since the day one and now. I have lost almost 30 to 35 pound is just 2.5 months. Apart from workouts he also gives me good diet tips which help me stay healthy.
